Kathryn is our managing broker, having started with MacPhersons in 2022 after years of experience managing all types of properties from single homes, to apartment buildings, to Mobile Home Parks and multifamily properties. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and her clients rave about her commitment to each of their properties and concerns. She is an active member and educator for RHAWA (Rental Housing Association of WA). Her peers have recognized her as one of the best in the region and last year she was elected as President of the Board for NARPM Washington State Chapter and King County Chapter Education and Legislative Committee Chair. She lives in Lake Stevens with her husband of 21 years and they have 6 children.
