Kathryn has 18 years’ experience managing all types of properties in King and Snohomish counties – from single homes, to  apartment buildings, to Mobile Home Parks and multifamily properties. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience and her clients rave about her commitment to each of their properties and concerns.   She grew up in Kitsap county before coming to Seattle to attend and graduate from  Cornish College where she studied  classical saxophone and flute performance.  She lives in Lake Stevens with her husband of 19 years and they have 6 children.
