Kristian moved to Colorado at 9 years old from Bulgaria. His first work in Real Estate started in his father’s construction business. He attended the University of Colorado, studying Economics before joining the Army where he was a ran his company operations office, supervising administrative and supply sections, being the person responsible for building repairs, utilities and fire safety. Licensed in 2022, Kristian operates our South End Book covering properties from his home in White Center down as far south as Tacoma and Federal Way. He does a tremendous job covering our largest geographic area and his clients appreciate the straight forwardness with which he operates. He is married with a young son at home and a his dog, Yeti.
