• Grew up in Bulgaria and moved to Colorado at the age of 9
• In the summer would work with his Dad in doing carpentry for new homes
• Attended University of Colorado for degree in Economics
• During college, worked at the Student Fundraising Call Center and was Secretary of his fraternity
• Joined the military where he became a Cryptologic Linguist specializing in Filipino/Tagalog
• Moved to/stationed in Joint Base Lewis-McChord in 2013
• Ran company operations office, supervising administrative and supply sections
• Responsible for building repairs, utilities, fire safety and key control
• Communicating within the unit of 100 and above in an organization of 4500
• After 6 years in the Army, worked in Cell Tower construction all throughout WA state where he gained experience doing detailed photo inspections and attention to detail in doing quality work
• He then acquired a certificate in Software Application Development and worked in Costco’s Warehouse Team
• Has also spent time driving for Amazon logistics where he learned to deal with daily changes and managing a tight holiday schedule
• Focus on Single Family Rentals South of Seattle
• Spends spare time exploring the Pacific Northwwest with wife Lisa, son Adrian and Yeti the Corgi
