Kyle Moore is the Owner of the Company and Designated Broker of the Property Management division. A landlord himself for many years, Kyle understands the industry extremely well and spends time communicating with owners, leads and tenants. Every conversation with a prospect starts with Kyle asking questions about their needs and how his company can best deliver on them. He finds himself in the middle of things when there is a dispute or a problem and values capability as the top feature that makes a great manager. He oversees the hiring of new managers as well as communication to owners about the changing laws and practices of the company. The 4th generation MacPherson to run the business, he prides himself on how well his team communicates and does what they say they will do. He lives in North Seattle with his family and roots for all the local sports teams even if the Mariners have been breaking his heart since 1980 and his Sonics have been on an extended 16-year road trip. He coaches the Girl’s Flag Football Team at Bishop Blanchet High School currently. Go Bears!
