Sofia Shabalov started at MacPherson’s as an intern doing filing work as well as tasks such as utility set up and unclaimed property.  Her ability to find an answer and finish the role while not getting overwhelmed led to a permanent position in our accounting department in 2023 where her patience and hard-working qualities are put to work daily setting up new accounts, processing rent and creating owner statements.   Sofia can get through any task in a timely manner and pays great attention to details. She has thrived in the role and is a valued member of our in-house team.
